Rebounding on the mini trampoline.
Now that I am focusing on losing weight and exercising, I am “checking out” those trouble spots for improvement. One area that really bothers me is cellulite! (I’ll spare everyone a photo on this one
) About 6 months ago, I read that using a mini trampoline would decongest the lymphatic system thus helping to decrease cellulite. Of course, rebounding is also supposed to give you a low impact total body workout - aerobically, strengthening bones and muscles, increasing balance, stability and metabolism, among many other claims. I was sold!
So, I did buy a mini trampoline. I chose to start with a cheapie one from Walmart for about $20. I wanted to make sure I would use it before I invested in something expensive. Now, up until this week, I have used it very sporadically. But, having made the commitment to lose weight and exercise, I have been using it as a part of my regular excercise routine.
I wonder, will only 4 to 5 minutes a day actually help when combined with diet and exercise? Any thoughts from anyone out there?
Update on my results using HCG diet and the Simeon’s Protocol ….

Hiya,
I absolutely love my mini trampoline – but it’s in the garage at the moment and I can’t really use it!
It did wonders for my fitness when i used it regularly.
Also – 5 mins is better nothing!
OMG
Are you kiddin’?
