No, this is a home made cage. My brother and Dad have made me a couple different kinds. My first one did have design flaws - and we ended up with poo on the floor, too. They have improved the design as we have gone along. haha!
My favorite cages are built from the plans available from http://www.spoiledchins.net/tempstore.htm. They are not selling cages right now but they still sell the plans. Only problem is you have to know someone handy to build it. haha!
I have also seen different types of unfinished furniture that have been adapted to a cage - center of doors cutout and screen added. They always look nice and would keep the poo in.
Or, depending on what your cage is like now, I have seen people add metal, wood or plexiglass to the sides of the cage to keep the poo in - not on the entire side but just the bottom of the sides. (hope that made sense. haha!)
What a fantastic cage, no wonder they are happy
so very very cool! is this cage commercially available?
we have a big cage but we’re looking for something that’s better at keeping all the chilla poops off our floor.
Thank you both!
